The Chatham is a luxury high-rise with 97 luxury apartments built in 1995. The Chatham is located in UBC's Hampton Place neighbourhood, a 28-acre residential community located at the northeast corner of 16th Avenue and Wesbrook Mall.

Guest Suite

The guest suite is a self contained unit with a queen size bed, dresser, chair, television,  dinette table and bathroom. The guest suit rents for $75 per night.
